Why BeatSystem

Technology like a major agency's – without the corporate overheads

BeatSystem is not a rental company but your partner for complete technical production – event solutions from a single source. Since 1998, for one reason: events deserve technology that excites – and clients deserve prices that no corporate structure is skimming from.

German premium brands

Sound reinforcement by Seeburg Acoustic Line, wireless microphones by Sennheiser, battery-powered lighting by Astera, moving lights by JB Lighting – brands that large productions rely on too. Our inventory is kept at the current state of the art.

Safety is the owner's responsibility: DGUV V3 from a single source

All equipment is tested by our owner René Braun, certified master electrician, and his own in-house inspection team to DGUV regulation 3 (German electrical safety standard) – from a single source, not outsourced. You get technology that someone with a master craftsman's certificate personally stands behind.

Lean structure, fair prices

No sales department, no intermediate layers, no corporate overheads: you speak directly with the people who plan and deliver your event. That keeps premium technology affordable – quality otherwise offered only by major agencies, at prices a mid-sized company or an association can afford.

More than 25 years of practice – week after week

Since 1998 and well over 1,000 events: weekly corporate bookings, town festivals, carnival sessions, events for up to 2,000 guests – in the Rhein-Erft district, across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and beyond. We are currently supporting a corporate event in Kerpen on behalf of a Dutch company.

The professional middle ground

More than the solo entertainer with his own PA, leaner than the festival corporation: BeatSystem deliberately sits in between. Our core business is mid-sized companies, associations and societies – compact, high-quality formats where quality, trust, responsibility and reliability count and costs remain predictable.

Clear communication, reliable processes

One point of contact, a written quote with a fixed price, binding set-up and dismantling times. We quote specific prices in a personal offer – tailored to your venue, programme and date.
