Morning

During the break the scene changes: lighting mood, dance floor, sound system – without guests seeing any flight cases.

An example from practice

For the 80th company anniversary of ELEQ in Kerpen we supplied a compact stage made of Duratruss elements, an 86-inch LED UHD screen on a design stand, Seeburg sound reinforcement with X2 tops and G-Sub, digital Sennheiser wireless microphones and a Yamaha DM3 mixing console. A second 55-inch screen and delay speakers, driven by a Seeburg system amplifier, ensured that the rear area and the adjoining room received picture and sound in the same quality – this is how you plan technology that nobody notices, because everything simply works.

What is the "Conference + Party" format?

One date, one set of equipment, two faces: during the day a compact stage with presentation technology, sound and video for talks – in the evening the same room becomes a celebration with lighting and a sound system. You save on a second set-up, a second journey and a second invoice.

Do you also provide screens or a projection screen for presentations?

Yes. Depending on the room and daylight we recommend a projector with screen or bright displays – including playback, sound and a technician who has your back during slide changes and video inserts.

How large can the stage be?

From a compact platform for speeches and panels to a stage for bands and carnival session programmes. We plan the size to suit the programme, room and number of guests – for events with up to 2,000 guests.

Do you look after the equipment during the event?

On request, yes: a technician stays on site, mixes the sound, runs video and lighting and reacts immediately when something is added spontaneously – an extra speech or a video insert, for example.
