Experience that shows at special formats

Since 1998 we have supported events that follow no standard – from the weekly corporate appointment to the corporate event in Kerpen on behalf of a Dutch company. We also know the very largest stages from the inside: for the DHL anniversary production with the live performance by Bryan Adams, BeatSystem supplied the effects technology – from the spark fountains to the biodegradable confetti (read the case study). During carnival we are on stage for the Rote Funken, the Blaue Funken and the Prinzengarde Frechen. Especially at themed parties, carnival sessions and PR events it is not the box on the stage that matters, but whether someone knows the running order: when the fanfare comes, when the house lights, when the beat.

BeatSystem equips special formats with event technology: Mallorca and themed parties, carnival sessions in the season from November to February, sports events and PR events – with sound reinforcement, lighting and stage from its warehouse in Bergheim, in the Rhein-Erft district, Cologne and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). All equipment is tested in accordance with DGUV regulation 3 (German electrical safety standard).

When should I request technology for a carnival session?

As early as possible – the carnival season from November to February is our busiest time, and the carnival societies’ dates often fall on the same weekend. Those who enquire in summer have a free choice of dates and equipment.

What technology does a Mallorca or themed party need?

Powerful sound for party music, colourful show lighting and, on request, haze and effects technology – matched to the theme. For confetti we use biodegradable material, which causes no problems outdoors or under strict venue rules either. We build the atmosphere, you bring the guests. On request we also arrange the right DJ via our sister project.

Can you also equip short-notice PR events?

Yes. For press events, openings and product launches reliability is what counts: a microphone and sound reinforcement that work immediately, subtle lighting for cameras – set up before the first guest arrives.

Do you also do sports events?

Yes – from the club celebration to tournaments and award ceremonies: sound reinforcement for presenters and music, systems for halls and outdoor areas, robustly and weatherproof set up.
